The Youth Policy Institute of Iowa is under contract with
Youth and Shelter Services to provide statewide coordination, tracking, training, promotion, maintenance of data base, and evaluation of the
Iowa Aftercare Services Network (IASN). The IASN is a statewide initiative funded by the Iowa Department of Human Services to address the needs of young adults who have aged-out of foster care. Assistance is available for eligible young adults at least 18 years old but not yet 21 who are residents of Iowa.
